Hey this pairing wasn’t even on my radar, but I’m attempting to look outside the box like Scott probably is.

Some coaches don’t translate well in the league. Look at Urban Meyer.

Would you consider him a crap coach or a crap NFL coach?

Getting a failed NFL coach that didn’t fail in college is perfect. You don’t ever have to worry about that NFL jump again.

Agreed on all fronts. He’d be a big time hire

Yeah he’s kind of the CEO type but he’s the kind you go with because he’s got a high football IQ and has shown he can build a winner at multiple stops.

At least he would be the CEO type that has called plays before.

Also, one thing we continue to ignore as fans is the Title IX issue over our head. I’m sure candidates aren’t ignoring them. Rhule has been down that road before and handled it well.

They’ve been missing the center piece of their offense for almost two years, CMC. When he’s been back, they’ve dealt with QB troubles. First Bridgewater, Darnold, now Cam. What do you expect?

What is his specialty? Is he an Offensive or Defensive guy? Or is he a “motivator/CEO” coach?

Yeah I am somewhat leery about his offense but he's kind of in the Aranda camp that he seems to be smart and willing enough to do whatever.

The Panthers' owner is all into analytics and advanced analysis and that's what drew him to Rhule. That's the kind of decision-making process that we need. Aranda is doing that stuff out in Baylor now.

Hopefully he went through the original Saban U where he learned a lot in a couple years in the NFL and comes back a developed monster on another level than when he left college.

At this point, the forum is more akin to Tennessee/Florida/Texas/Texas A&M forums. Rinse and repeat. You guys are acting just like their fans, but somehow you think you're different.

First everyone gives Brady way too much credit for 2019. Now everyone acts like he had no impact and it was all Burrow. There is a middle ground.

People calling for him to be the head coach were stupid, but if we’re not willing to give him a shot as OC, we’re all stupid.

The ironic part is if you check his history he probably has 1500 posts since the UCLA game that either mentions O’s buyout or transfers. Rinse and repeat.

He’s depressed over losing O.

Baylor lost last second to Oklahoma after leading all game in the regular season and lost last second to playoff bound Oklahoma in the big 12 championship game in OT that year, then lost a close game in the sugar bowl against #5 georgia.

You also gotta remember that baylor got hit by sanctions in 2016 before rhule took over. He went 1-11 in 2017, 7-6 in 2018 and 11-3 in 2019 (11-1 regular season). He did this with signing classes in the from 2014-2018 at baylor being 25, 36, 40, 40, 29 and only lost to Oklahoma averaging top 10 classes and Georgia averaging top 5 including a #1 overall during the same span.

The man can coach without a question at the college level and makes better use of his talent than most coaches. I think he is the best available candidate.

These CherriOs just don't have the guts to admit how wrong they are. As a never-O, it's hilarious to me.

What's with the people not wanting Brady?

The NFL is a different monster then college. Brady would rule college football as an OC for years. His whole thing is based off of RPOs and hurry up offense, which is way more effective in college football then the NFL. He would have our offense back in the top 25 year 1.

He also has an offensive rythm. We saw it all 2019. Something we have missed a lot the past 2 years.

Looks like he joined this board the same time O was elevated to interim head coach
