Sorry, but that sounds like road rage. Possibly from both sides.
I wonder if he cut in front of her and she was aggravated. Tapped him? No idea. Doesn't make her actions right, but she also maybe made a mistake and then feared for her life given how pissed the guy was. How does she know his intentions at this point?
However, when he got to her house he shouldn't have rolled up on her in any way. He called the police right? Give them the address and back off. It seems reasonable to believe she felt she was defending herself. Maybe she hit him on purpose out of frustration, but still didn't cause any real damage and was afraid of his actions following. How can people not see that being a possibility? Doesn't make what she did right, but also doesn't mean she can't try to defend herself now from a pissed off guy on a bike. How did she know he wasn't going to harm her?
And she is pregnant and alone with people following her to her home? She could have easily felt her life was in serious danger and didn't have time to wait for police. So she could have tried to scare him off. I hate self defense cases like this, because what's to say she didn't feel her life was in serious danger.
So now he knows any time someone pisses him off he can chase them down and if anything remotely goes south he can just whip out his gun and shoot them. He has all the leverage to be the aggressor in any circumstance and I am just not a fan of that.

Why does she get a pass from intentionally hitting someone with her vehicle? Shouldn't matter if he didn't crash or lose control. She HIT him with her car.
The actions after that are inexcusable on both sides and as I posted earlier, she would most likely be breathing still had she stayed inside.

I’m venturing a bet she didn’t hit him intentionally and he’s one of the a-hole motorcyclists that cuts between cars like he own the road and runs 20-30 mph faster than the flow and then acts totally offended when he is “cut off” by someone changing lanes.

seems like her instinct would be to protect her unborn child which seems easier to do inside of her own home.
but, getting into a gunfight seems like the opposite of that.

Don't pull a gun on someone unless you're mentally and psychologically prepared to shoot them. And that includes all the repercussions - including going to jail - which you likely will

I just listened to the 911 call.
She said, "You followed me to my house!"
It sounded like she was trying to express her concerns over them coming to her home.
Then immediately after she said that and was trying to communicate with him he open fired at least 7 shots? He absolutely unloaded on her.
Seriously, talk about overkill. I know people say you have to shoot to get rid of the threat, but again the woman was likely scared of them. Not sure why people can't see this. I just am amazed people defend such type of action. He shot her while she was expressing her concerns and yes she was likely pointing the gun, but she was clearly scared of them.
