I don't know about that. If they didn't threaten her or trespass on her property, she had no right to come at them with a gun. They may have followed her home, called the police and was waiting on them to arrive.

I would still like to know what started the whole thing. Intentionally hitting or bumping a biker by someone without any history of issues seems strange.

Not sure what law in Florida is about attempting to stop or cut off a vehicle in a situation like this, but if they were able to get license plate, description, and follow without confrontation or attempting to stop on their own I think that would have been better choice.

Purely hypothetical- If biker was being an arse and lady felt threatened without a cell phone (or battery out) to call police after getting scared and accidentally bumping biker wanted to get home first to call cops after their known aggressiveness on road trying to stop her and cut her off from turning onto her street along with multiple people they are lucky she or another family member didn’t come out shooting regardless of who was at fault. If any weapons visible or even flashed during this entire episode from before hitting biker up to the one starting to approach house and on property I would find it hard to fault lady for shooting if she had immediately done so thinking she didn’t have time to call police.

quote:

They tried to stop Morales from making a turn at a nearby intersection, telling her to stay put until officers responded to the scene, but the woman refused and drove away.

As it stands now it seems like self defense. I just wish we knew what started it and wish that the lady had been able to call police herself to give a version of her side (on top of maybe operators being able to calm down both parties until cops arrived). If she was able to call but didn’t that may speak a little to her instigating it all from the start.

Hey buckycheese, regardless of whatever your argument is, when you go to the Alabama inbred argument you have lost the argument. And also, go frick yourself. Seriously, go frick yourself with an aids dick. fricking yankee piece of shite. And when you are done that other Wisconsin dick monger can hop right on top of the same aids dick you just got off of. Wisconsin can burn to the ground and other than losing some cows and cheese this world will be a better place.

Judging by the rage in this comment, there's like, a 90% chance that you're a nephson.

Wadewilson, I would say that like Wisconsin, Louisiana can burn to the ground and all we would lose would be some boudin and crawfish. But we all know it is too big a sucking cesspool of corruption and LSU fan tears for any fire to travel very far. So that would be unreasonable to say.
