Myles seems like a good kid. I just think he prefers to drinking beer on a boat instead of putting on weight in the gym. That’s fine, you just can’t half arse it in the SEC.

He has his sights set to low if this is true. He is the best of the three and would likely have the starting job? He should at least hold out to see how things work out with a new coach and the transfer next summer if he is not seeing things workout.

I think his move was premature and he should have waited for the new coach to be named as it could change everything. Whoever the new LSU coach is, his first call should be to Myles Brennan.

He can do better than tulane and he def doesn't fit the tulane offense.

He is not physical enough and slow as molasses . Great arm , great kid . SEC ball … no way . I don’t see him as a natural athlete .Could he sneak into the NFL as a backup ? Yeah . Maybe like Jared Goff . ( His teammates called him Goof ! )

He can’t put on weight in the gym . They tried feeding him till he puked , supplements … didn’t work . AND … he has no foot speed . At least you have to get your arse out of bounds safely with out the tackle from behind persistently .

Southern miss student here, we’ve played double digits QBs this year strictly due to injuries. The fact that we led UTSA for most of the game with a RB and a WR running quarterback is impressive in itself. Definitely feel bad for Will Hall, however I think he’s gonna turn the culture around here. Hopson left the cupboards bare to say the least and it’ll be a multi-year rebuild

Brennan IS waiting to see who the next LSU coach is. He’s already been offered a number of opportunities since entering the portal and he hasn’t jumped because returning to LSU is still a possibility. He is certainly the best QB at LSU right now.

If Walker Howard signs his LOI to LSU, then Brennan won't be the best QB there. But he would probably have a reasonable chance of starting the season as the starter. I say that primarily because Howard will not be an early enrollee, as I understand it.
