Please help if possible. Any knows a pastor or religious leader that can sign an exemption form? Thanks in advance!

I have an associate that can assist but first you need to watch a 45 minute video on Xenu and then participate in a two-hour self audit (very relaxing).

Can you let me know when you have a 3-hour window available and then I can pass along your info?

They make your pastor sign it?

Seriously?

It’s going to be hard if you are not a member of their church

Wait, Ochsner is forcing you to have a pastor sign a form to prove you have been a "member of a religion"? This seems unlawful.

you can be your own pastor or leader. There is no definition of what "religion" is that requires a specific setup. You make your own religion.

I assume you're being asked to justify your "sincerely held religious belief" as was I.

You can search my post history to see how I responded to this part. I submitted my request 2 weeks ago and have not yet received a response.

If you absolutely need a "religious leader" it would if you provide some geographical hints as to where.

Best wishes and God bless!

Seriously, just google online ordination, choose your religious sect, fill out a form, some are free some have fee, become a minister/guru/shaman/imam/whatever.

Is sure "seems" to violate the first amendment. I don't know for sure that is why I said "it seems unlawful". Doesn't a person have the right to claim religious exemption from a situation? Sure there are limits to this. But to have to "prove" you practice a certain religion sure seems unlawful. What if you practice your own religion? Does it have to be an organized religion to which you get someone else to sign off? If I worship trees and have been doing so for 10 years I may not be able to prove it. What am I missing here? I'm definitely no lawyer, obviously.
