What's not to like? Besides an inexperienced coach that's not a good recruiter. Besides that, what's not to like?

I think at least some of it has to do with the fact that people have convinced themselves that Tate is going to force a minority hire on Scott, and Aranda is the best among that bunch, either way I think he would do well here, but I wouldn't call it an inspirational or Woodard type hire.

Wish. I had Woodward’s cell, I’d try to convince him to go with Aranda.

My first choice of the most circulated names. Be thrilled with Lincoln Riley too but that doesn't seem likely. Do not want Dabo or Jimbo.

Aranda has a 2 part interview for the position:

10/30 (vs Texas)

11/13 (vs OU)

If he wins both, he probably shoots to the top of the list.

I like Aranda, I just would like to see more experience as a Head Coach. Half way through his second year and he looks to be doing a good job but it's too early to really know IMO.

Baylor’s remaining schedule is

Texas
@TCU
OU
@K State
T Tech

I’d like to see how that pans first. 1-4 isn’t that far fetched

People forget Aranda's defense was awesome when he first got here...then it began to be average and worse. In our 2019 championship season, the defense was just average and offset by an awesome offense...don't want Aranda...how's he doing at Baylor?

Aranda is the true mastermind behind the natty as the Co-HC. O knew it and bashed his defense to hell and forced us with our trash d with top recruits

He should be considered strongly. I don't know if he is my number one but I think highly of him and his potential to develop further.
