Pederson …..had great success at 2 programs. Last coached game was bowl game after 2019 season (less than 2 years). Woodward hired him at Washington.

I agree. Look at his last hire, SW kept it close to the vest. Who would think Jay Johnson would replace CPM? We probably won't know until the selected coach's team is done for the season.
