First snow of the season where I am in AK. Was planning on taking the boat out after work today but might need to start working on a way to get it out of the water now. Don't expect the snow to stick around long, but it's always nice to see the fist snow. Just thought I would pass it around for those back home working in the heat and humidity. Have a good afternoon.

How does one plan on planning on taking out a boat? Like, you made a checklist of what you needed in order to plan on taking out the boat?

Also, the first snow of the season is always the best. Look forward to it every year. But in mid-October? No thank you.

Probably have to plan to get a trailer or bring it to whatever dock to be lifted out and stored.

Snow from October till like may. Are the four months of nice weather really worth the other eight of shite?

Yeah 90 degrees in October sucks. Supposed to be cooler this weekend at least.

It still won't be cool. 76-78 with lower humidity is not fall weather lol

Just in time. I’m flying in for Saturday’s game to watch LSU get completely destroyed. But hell, at least it’ll be 65°, I guess.

It'll be an improvement at least. I don't usually expect real fall weather down here in October.

55 and rain off and on here. Would just as soon see some snow.

Done mowing for the year at least.
