I’ve only gone to movies over the last decade or so to see stuff my kid wanted to see. Since she is heading to college, I’m guessing no.

Unfortunately not. Ours, like most things in Alex has become an absolute slum.

Maybe an early afternoon show one day. Maybe?

There’s an intangible to the theater experience that I have and will still seek out. I’m fortunate to have some nice theaters nearby as well.

Took the family to see the Kong vs Zilla movie.

I'll be taking them to see Dune when it comes out.

Why would I not go to a theater?

Agree. Why not?

Will view Dune in IMAX and maybe new Bond flick.

To me it’s about the quality of the movie from the big screen aspect. My 77” at home covers every genre except the real spectacles.

Last movie was Tenet in August 2020 and that dog surely vaccinated me for a while.

I'll probably see The Many Saints of Newark next weekend but it's a pretty rare thing for me. The last three movies I've seen in a theater were Infinity War, Endgame, and Anchorman 2.

I usually go to fathom movies. Don't have the trash crowd audience usually behaved. Many times me and my crew are the only ones in there.

This. And most movies were shite before Covid. I can watch at home on my on entertainment system and it’s more enjoyable than a theater anyway.

Took the grandkid to a movie two months ago.
The theater probably had 7 people in it.
I do not see how they make enough money to stay open.

I think the last movie I saw in theaters was either Dark Knight or Tropic Thunder. Whichever came out first.

For $100 you can rent an entire theater. We’ve done it a couple of times with my kids when they have friends over. It’s awesome.

Definitely!
I’ve been to see Respect and Cry Macho just in the last 2 weeks.
Only catch some that really interest me. But yes, I will be there again. I like the big screen.
