Missouri = St Louis TV Market. All of this is about money and Missouri a more valuable commodity.

You couldn’t be more wrong. Nebraska has one of the most rabid fan bases in the country and bowls are always eager to have them even when they suck because they travel so well. Not to mention they have a storied history and would add another blue blood to the conference.
