Don't know if there's a thread like this but thought it might be helpful. I check iTunes "Pre-Orders" section pretty often just to see who is releasing new albums.. some of them are pretty far out.
PSA: These are only bands that I'm interested in, so there may be some "big names" that aren't listed. Several of these are pretty popular on this board though.
Feel free to list any that you're looking forward to that I may have missed.
Jose Gonzales - September 17 (today)
Third Eye Blind - September 24
Angels & Airwaves - September 24
Cody Johnson - October 8
Noah Gundersen - October 8
Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit - October 15
My Morning Jacket - October 22
The War on Drugs - October 29
Cody Jinks - November 12
Govt. Mule - November 12
Robert Plant & Alison Krauss - November 19
Underoath - January 14
Billy Talent - January 21

Lindsey Buckingham released his latest solo effort today, for what its worth. There's a new Candlebox record, too.

Jose Gonzales had one of, if not the most epic game song ever.
Red Dead Redemption when you enter Mexico for the first time.

Used to be a huge fan - It Still Moves, Z, Evil Urges, and Circuital was a hell of a run. Even the first Waterfall album had some “choice nugs,” as the kids say.
But the first couple of songs they’ve released from the upcoming album sound like shite. A mix of noise rock and lyrics that seem more appropriate for Jim James’ solo bullshite.
Oh well. Maybe I’m just getting old and stuck in my ways.

Sleigh Bells
Low (actually just released, I think)

Hard disagree here. 2 of them are very good, but that "Love Love Love" one is quite bad. The outro guitar jams, but the rest of it feels like a bad Bono penned tune. Terrible!

I think he's doing a cover album of Georgia artists for some sort of charity. He just released a cover of Driver 8.
edit: stupidly woke.

Didn’t know about these, awesome! Thanks
Spiritbox’s debut album released today. It is unbelievable. Aside from the singles they already released that are good, the opening song “Sun Killer” made the hair on my arms stand up. Courtney Laplante might be my favorite vocalist ever

Can you imagine being trapped in an elevator with this insufferable bastard for a few hours
If I didnt have anything sharp I'd chew one of my wrists open and bleed out
