In And Out, as Carl Jrs / Hardees doesn’t count despite a total lack of them in my area.

My wife also has a liking for Ward’s, but that is probably sentimental as much as anything else.

How far west do you have to go? There's 7 on Oahu Hawaii, 3 in Anchorage, Alaska, 1 in Portland, OR, plenty in California.
