If 2 shots only last 8 months. How long does a booster last? Haven’t seen that answered.

most vaccines that have boosters are 15+ years in between doses.
When people stop taking the 3-6 month boosters, you have to wonder when Fauxci and Biden's Gestapo is going to change the narrative to --
Welllll, we've already forced you to take the "vaccine" ( ) and all the other boosters. So, if you are going to suffer side effects -- AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE THE FIRST F*CKING CLUE AS TO WHETHER YOU WILL SUFFER LONG-TERM SIDE EFFECTS BECAUSE IT'S ONLY BEEN THREE YEARS -- you're already F*CKED so you might as well take the 13th booster shot for the PhiOmega variant (we've already gone through the alphabet so we've got to go to two letters).

That says the booster is to protect against mild and moderate illness.
Who in the hell needs a booster to prevent sniffles and low-grade fever?

Found another great quote today. Kingfish pulling a trick on Andy for money on a fake trip, 1953.
Andy: 'I'm ready to go hiking, Kingfish and see Ky.'
Kingfish: 'Oh, Andy! I think you got the Blue Grass Fever. It could cause you to go blind. You gonna have to wear this mask.'
Andy: 'But I feel fine.'
Kingfish: 'Oh, that's one of the symptoms.'

That's mostly because successfully vaccinating against coronaviruses wasn't something we succeeded in before, because our own immunity against the normal stuff we encounter only lasts... 6-8 months for the common cold. This held true with the contained SARS and MERS as well. This is the closest we've come and took something novel going global in a few months to really make the try. And we're actually most the way there. Minus the hold outs for either Luddite, low IQ, or political reasons. I mean trying to be sarcastic about the article saying the vaccine as currently formulated isn't the best protection shows how dumb the OP is. Because it's still better protection than none and if a boost with the same formulation wins out against delta we're good while we scramble for answers to lambda and beyond. It's the viral warfare equivalent of open carry with mRNA. But you're either scared of 40yo tech, don't actually understand what you're reading, or made this a weird hill to die on about gov't authority.

that awkward moment you realize masses of people are entirely ignorant that most vaccines have boosters
Please list all the common, main stream vaccines that require a booster shot every 6 months. I will hang up and wait.

I believe my risk is lower with a previous infection than it is with the vaccine.
But that was a solid effort for a non-regular poster on this board.

Please list them all
Some crown poster said TONS then couldn't list more than 3 that no one gets boosters for

we have boosters for many shots throughout childhood and adulthood. that doesnt mean the shots dont work at all. they just aren't magically immutable invincibility
Yes and how often after the first jab were these taken and the frequency beyond that?
Also, how many of your vaccines, which I took and take myself on an individual merit/risk assessment basis, had liability shields from their makers?
I'd say you have a naive take yourself...

It isn't. Not all infections from the wild strains are equal. Which causes wildly variable responses and armament of your immune system. With vaccines we get a fairly predicted response based on dosage. You are 100% better off with the vaccine which is why doctors are still recommending them for the previously infected.
Of course we get to the but we still get sick. You can still get chicken pox, polio, mumps etc with enough viral load. Doesn't mean those vaccines are failures either.
But we suffer a less disastrous illness. Preventive care for anything is best care. And you can what about fatties and diabetics on here all you want. But if you're personal choice is to be a frick up and not seek preventive care, then you are the same hypertensioned, fatties, diabetic no what abouts. Your cost is actually worse since fatties and diabetics can be shunted off from hospitals most the time.

This goes back to my original point when the virus first hit. It's about risk homeostasis. People operate at different levels of fear.
I road a motorcycle without a helmet for years until it resulted in a ticket. I drove my cars for decades without a seat belt before it was a ticket.
I play golf if a lightening storm is coming.
There are tons of precautions I could take that offer better protection than none. That's not how I choose to live my life. If you want be very safe, that's fine with me. It's a free country.
For now.

It’s not a vaccine.
Otherwise, they’d not need a booster 6 months later.

The vast majority of the populace doesn’t get boosters.
Some of the boosters aren’t really necessary.
The flu shot isn’t a booster.
the first time youre given a flu shot its a 2 dose series.
Id say over 97% of US population gets about a dozen vaccinations that require boosters. below is a list of common ones. although its missing a few specific examples like a TDaP being given for every pregnancy even if last given 10 months ago. needing a booster isnt some catastrophic thing, the vaccines are effective, just less duration of function than people who think vaccines are supposed to be magic expect.
quote:
Vaccine boosters that children need include:
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis B
Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)
Measles-mumps-rubella (MMR)
Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (Tdap)
Varicella
Vaccine boosters you may need as a teen or adult include:
Tdap (every 10 years)
Shingles
Pneumonia
Varicella
MMR

Name one f*cking booster shot (of a VACCINE) that you ever had to f*cking take in your life that, within 5 months of taking the "vaccine" you were told that you would be having to take every 3-6 months for the REST OF YOUR F*CKING LIFE?
And if it was safe, why do they need immunity from liability?
If its safe that would be unnecessary.

LOL.
So … seriously , how many booster shots are you going to take before you realize you’re being fricked with?
Last i saw these will be administered in 8 month intervals.
Fack Yew!

Booster shot ?
I ate dirt when i was a kid !
Y’all don’t think this hyperpussification of wiping everyone’s hands , not letting people including kids outside and keeping everyone paranoid and terrified is making everyone sick and suffering with weak immune systems ?
Some of y’all need to yank your brats outside with your wide asses and live a little .
