Looks like it slowed down, right?

Landfall at 8pm? Was 2pm earlier.

Yeah the current cone is a little slower.

What constitutes a big track change at this point?

It's 1 mph from an M, but we'll take it.

We have 3 freezers loaded in Destrehan, Mandeville and NOLA. One of them are bound to make it through, right?

Unless RI puts Ida at 537 mb, then all bets are off the table

Don’t have kids yet? The milk cart starts rolling way before the horse gets there. Surprised me too.

I have 3, but that never happened to my wife.

Then again, I didn't marry a wet nurse.

NHC has it one mph short of a cat 3 at landfall at last update. I’d prepare for a major hurricane.

ETA need to update OP with SELA under hurricane watch now

All of LA & MS actually

Well damn, so our camp is gone.

Any chance this thing never really gets it together and stays a cat 1?

I knew my wife was weird; she told me everyone did that shite.

Colostrum though. Allegedly sells for like $1000/25 mL. Trying to find me a dealer. I’ve got no less than a 2 liter of that in my freezer.

I'm not too worried about water unless the levee breaks. But, I am worried about some of the older houses down here that suffered damage from Zeta but haven't really been repaired correctly.
Looking at the rain forecast though, I hope the pumps can keep up. But even then, my house is 14 ft. 4 in. above sea level. LOL

All the corn and likely other crops can say bye bye in north east Louisiana/western MS with this track.
