Track looks near the same. Landfall now pushed to Sunday night.

Amazing the difference in 30 miles or so with zeta. We got well over 100 mph winds and had a ton of tree damage. A good many sheds and mobile homes were damaged pretty badly. Hell, we were without power for 6 days after Zeta but my genny kept me comfy until the gas bill came in. LOL

Thibodaux, on the other hand, hardly got TS force winds and very little to no damage. Amazing.

We were outside watching a movie during it. I wouldn't be mad if this thing ends up being compact and going up barataria and doing the same thing

Okay, in all seriousness, my wife is actually pretty damn pregnant. We have a TON of real life titty milk in the freezer.

What do you reckon it’ll be worth next week? Can I trade some for a generator?

Looks like it slowed down, right?

Landfall at 8pm? Was 2pm earlier.

We’ll be on page 300 before Ida even makes landfall

We'll pass 300 pages by Saturday morning, or sometime tomorrow if a couple of posters get snippy at each other some more.

The one saving grace is there's no "M" on the track.

But I fully expect there to be on this time tomorrow night.

No M, so that’s a silver lining

Yes. Definitely slowed down. Landfall more or less the same spot. A Sunday night landfall obviously provides more time for strengthening.
