BACON Challenge Winners! (AKA: “That’s too much bacon!” - said no one ever.)

There were fifteen bacon chefs who participated in this challenge. Not only did it generate a lot of interest for those cooking, it also generated a lot of interest among voters. I think this was the largest voter turnout of all! First and second places were hotly contested with only a few points between them.
First Place: holygrale - Bacon Spiral Au Gratin
Second Place: No8easy2 - Pork Belly Tacos with Pineapple and Hatch Pepper Coleslaw
Third Place: Got Blaze - Creamy Bacon Soup with Bacon Baklava for dessert
