LSU president mandates Vax once it's FDA approved

Dear LSU students:
Welcome to all of our new and returning students. Our collective experience this academic year depends on our ability to navigate the pandemic. You share in the responsibility of lowering our risk of disease spread. As I say in this video message, we expect the FDA to fully authorize one or more of the COVID vaccines in the next few weeks, at which point we will act swiftly to mandate it at LSU. In the meantime, I strongly encourage you to go ahead and get vaccinated now to protect yourself, your peers, and the faculty and staff who will be alongside you through your academic journey.

Because the chances of someone 18-25 of having an adverse outcome from this virus is just about 0%
I hope they mandate that everyone stepping foot on campus for sporting events does the same.

(a) Get the shot
(b) try one of the exemptions, but fully expect that it will come with consequences designed to coerce you to get the shot (regular testing, social distancing, etc.)

President Tate might have a problem with Louisiana law:
For kids and college kids that want to avoid the jab the law looks pretty clear:
Immunization of persons entering schools, kindergartens, colleges, proprietary or vocational schools, and day care centers
Immunizations of persons registering for courses at postsecondary education institutions
So you need a doctors excuse or you need to complete this form: LINK

Love that Tate announces this when the semester is about to start. It would be hard to enroll somewhere else i would think at this stage of the game.

No. Your only relief for vaccine related injuries is a no fault proceeding in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation program.
Pharma is not and will never be liable.
