Not even the best Charger TE

Yup. Winslow sr finished with 45 career touchdowns. Antonio Gates finished with 116.

I'm not sure the OP is good at this.

And Dan Fouts threw 254 TDs.

Those late 70s, early 80s AFC west games were fun to watch.

Not a bad list, but here are some mistakes:

quote:

Jets- Freeman McNeil

Curtis Martin

quote:

Steelers- Joe Green

Big Ben or Bradshaw

quote:

Bengals- Ken Anderson

Anthony Munoz

quote:

Chiefs- Willie Lanier

Will Shields or Derrick Thomas

quote:

Chargers- Kellen Winslow

Fouts/Rivers/LDT/Alworth

quote:

Washington- Art Monk

Darrell Green as mentioned

quote:

Dallas- Staubach

Emmitt or Allen

quote:

Bears- love Payton but going with Sayers

Payton or Singletary

quote:

Packers- Forrest Gregg

Favre or Rodgers

quote:

Carolina- Greg Olsen

Cam, Smith or Luke

quote:

Atlanta-William Andrews

Matt Ryan or Julio

quote:

Seahawks- Steve Largent

Walter Jones

quote:

Cardinals- Terry Metcalf

Larry Fitzgerald

Does Darrelle Revis not exist in your brain?

Your list is full of garbage. That was just the first one that stuck out.

All three were great, but I’d pick Bob Lilly or Randy White over them. White might be a stretch, but 9 first team all pros and over 100 unofficial sacks from the DT position is insane.

Out of all the players you pick Forrest Gregg

Rodgers, Favre, Starr, White, Hutson, Nitschke....

Gregg is great don't get me wrong. But he's more like 4th or 5th.

Then there's also guys like Jim Taylor, Curly, Hornung, and Adderley

You can make the argument that compared to his peers, he is the most dominant athlete in North American sports history.
