...and it was terrible.

The mouse was cute.

Did anybody like it or feel the same way as me.

like most tom hanks films, it was slow and predictable, but it was a decent entertaining film

Was a good movie. Not even close to as good a movie as Shawshank Redemption.

Not as big on it as everyone else. Was extremely slow with tons of wasted time. Came out during Tom Hanks big streak tho so was automatically considered great.

Such a terrible take.

Sorry you can't appreciate movies that don't have loud splosions and shitty CGI.

I weep for this generation.

Would be one of my favorites if not for the "dry sponge" scene. That was tough to watch.

Green Mile is a great movie.

It has become a good formula.
Take a stephen king short.
Allow the producer and director creative license to make it better.
Hire an A+ cast.

If you dont like supernatural/sci-fi, thats on you.

green mile vs shawshank
Shawshank is one of the top 20 movies of all time.

So it obviously wins

IMDB ranked it #1
AFI has it at 72

Most have it in the top-20

Green Mile isn't even a top-10 King movie

It was a serial release, but is a novel when collected

The movie was terrific, but way way too long.

Literally the problem with the film according to progressive film analysis.
