Black criminality has destroyed the quality of life for people in virtually every major, formerly- great American city. If you live in a city that is majority black or governed by blacks you have no expectation that life will improve because you have accepted the fact that a high percentage of black males in your midst are a lost cause and would steal from you or kill you for sport.
That paragraph may make some people angry at me. The fact that these people get angry at a truthful statement and not at the black Politicians and criminals who actually do the destruction is how we got here. Moral acquiesce to the intolerable and racial paternalism.

Window smashing is out of control. Teedy, the police, and the court systems won’t do anything and it is very frustrating. Also, we can’t assume he has taken 0 action to mitigate this issue…but dude has to know his truck is the A #1 target for these types of crimes.

So you're describing a couple cases that were or are being prosecuted. In New Orleans, black privilege means you don't even get charged for most crimes.

The mostly send juveniles to do this and they'll be back on the streets a few days later doing it again
