One of these is necessary, the other is a choice of TV or attention to your partner. It takes a lot of effort. Most people say they care, but when actual effort is required they take the easy route and wonder what happened.

eat healthy and stay fit
My wife and I have recently turned our lives around, it started with losing weight for both of us
we also both made a commitment to listen to each other and work on doing 1 thing every day just to make each other feel special and appreciated
love and passion is a daily choice, it is not like the movies or fairy tales - it takes work
for me, the weight loss was the biggest thing, I’m not snoring anymore and don’t need blue pills
good luck man, hope things go well for y’all

Go for a short walk together. You have to set aside time for each other daily. She will be your friend much longer than she will be your lover. Work on that aspect of your relationship.
