Saw a story the other day in Nola. But had his truck stolen in front a cop. Officer chased for one block and let the guy go.

Most of this increase in crime only affects the people they claim to be the most protective of.
If more black people die at the hands of other black people, it's worth it just as long as there's no chance they die from a police interaction.

You are absolutely correct. But why write an article with the headline claiming mayor did this and bury the role of police chief deep in the article?
The facts are the police chief made this decision. It’s assumed pressure from the mayor. So the article decides to bury facts and highlight assumptions...this is exactly what the liberal media does

If Atlanta is anything like BR, the police chief basically serves at the discretion of the mayor and will be fired if they don’t do their bidding.
Hence, Murphy Paul may make stupid fricking policy in BR but everyone knows the orders came from Sharon Westin Broome. Saying the chief did it and saying the mayor did it are both right... the chief implemented policy handed down from above.

There is a simple solution to this. Buy a gun, be knowledgable about how to use a gun, and take matters into your own hands. Stop waiting for people to "save" you. Save yourself in a situation like that.
