I interrupted a “meditative walk” through my neighborhood this morning

Turns out it was being led by one of my new neighbors who I’d never met.
Needless to say she and her group were not real thrilled, yet were peaceful. She asked my name and that of the other neighbor with me.
Am I about to get canceled?

Update. Walked down to her house and apologized to the group. She accepted, said she can understand the concern, very nice. I feel better. I think I might not have liked someone doing the same.

People are so weird. If you want to meditate when you walk, why are you in a freakin neighborhood in the first place? Go on a nature walk in actual nature where you can meditate all you want and find solace.

Sounds weird. I'd consider most casual walks with no headphones "meditative" but wouldn't think that people would want to do that with other people. What's the point?
