Pit maneuvers are extremely dangerous and should only be used for highly dangerous vehicles. That car was still using blinkers and hazards, they could have had a legit reason for speeding. Cop that did that should be fired minimum

i was always told that you were only supposed to pull off to an area that was safe to do so, hence the shortened shoulder. The lady acknowledged the cop, didn't act evasive.

Those numbers don't mean much without knowing how many were approved and the reasons behind the cases. Go find how many PIT maneuvers California police did last year.
