Exactly. What if she was speeding because her water broke? This lady was pregnant. Makes sense she didn’t want to stop on an interstate with a small shoulder

The officer said she was fleeing. She went 2 minutes without pulling over. It's not like he could have gotten in front of her and just slowed her down if he was in a hurry. What's the fun in that?

Pulling over on a road with half a shoulder at night would be extremely dangerous for both the woman and the officer.

While the Cop was a dumbass, people need to learn to pull over. You do NOT have the right to pull over at your convenience. If the road has a shoulder, you are to pull over immediately.
