On one of Moscona's youtube shows during the games, he mentioned that O'Sullivan wasn't allowed to take his kids out of the state per his divorce settlement. Apparently it's very contentious with the ex-wife, and some at LSU felt that would ultimately be a hindrance/distraction if he attempted to come here.
