The Sellers do not undermine 2nd Amendment Rights; that Right remains for the Buyer. The Buyer can simply buy from a Seller which supports their political ideology. The NFL, NBA or NasCar/et al, should not be required - by Law - to serve the interest and beliefs of those who buy their products. It's up to the customer to support or deny demand for said product.

Did the cake thing ever get resolved? In light of this past years events, if the bakery was forced to do something against their will.. it seems like they might be able to appeal

I believe it did. The flower thing is still in the courts though. Though I believe the baker ended up winning based on a technicality (bias by the lower court rulings is really what got him off the hook). The Florist in WA didn’t have that same mishandling of her case and the figs might actually win in that one.
At least that was the last I had read. Hopefully someone will update/correct if I’m wrong.
