Some highlights:

- Increasing penalties on rioters. Since other states appear to have no penalties, this is significant.

- Making it harder for local government to strip funding from law enforcement.

- Mob intimidation and defacing historic property become crimes.

- If protesters are blocking the road, you can drive through them with civil legal immunty. I'm sure there are conditions or nuance in the actual text. But I'm okay with saying all gas, no brakes.

- If you're arrested for rioting or committing a crime during a riot, no bail until your first court appearance. So no more counting on celebrities to bail you out of jail.

- Battery on a police officer is a mandatory six-month sentence.

DeSantis is a better President than the dottering old fool in office now.

Seems pretty light, but am loving the civil immunity clause. That's awesome and hope other states adopt the same.

Why do we need another law for this?

Aren’t riots already illegal?

Soon we will have an “anti-murder” bill and clap for it.

In South Georgia, we can still hear the distinct sound of a titanium pair clanking together in Tallahassee.

Desantis has turned Florida permanently red with his pro-America governance. He will be a fantastic President, if the elections were fair. They won't be. The left is going to cheat and be even more open about it. The only difference, is they shouldn't be able to cheat Georgia again.

Not sure if anyone else is noticing but it sure seems like there is movement by the states to separate themselves policy wise from the fed. I for one would welcome stronger states rights and give a big ole middle finger to the thief in chief and his whore
