Dude is a WR not a blocker. LSU has them by the dozen.

it’s going to be so much nicer when we can all hate him again after he goes elsewhere.

Look I get it, but give me all the talent on the field possible and see what these new coaches can do with all the talent on this roster. Man him, Taylor and Bech on each side of the ball, who you gonna cover with the Wrs we have as well! Then you got those Rbs man talent everywhere! You can’t cover all that all of em, I hope he comes back.

I don’t want anything to do with this dude tbh. Go play at Ole Miss, Florida State or some other 3rd tier power 5 school. He already messed it up with 2 legit programs and he still has absolutely no chest to speak of. If I see this guy in Baton Rouge, I will invite him to Zaxby’s and eat his fricking lunch because I love fricking Zaxby’s and the only move he would make in response would probably be to enter the transfer portal again.

Arik baw, you literally only need to spend the next 21 months in Baton Rouge and shite you can go home for 4 or 5 of those. Then you can frick off to the NFL.

Do it.

I can actually hear this in Coach O's voice during their meeting.

Yes, but LSU mysteriously played better after he and Marshall "opted out."

I have an early 20's kid, add the pressure of the 2020 season, covid, the shittiest freshman year ever for an out-of-state guy (didn't even know where to go that wasn't closed to at least chase tail..). If all that happened to my kid, I wouldn't be shocked at all if he melted.

The dude has no clue how much we all hate Florida, he was just thinking "Geeze, I'd really like to be able to go out and chase arse. Florida bars are open and I saw some hot chicks when I visited".

If Arik did come back would he have to sit out a year since he's technically not enrolled?

Yea...he's an insane talent, but frick this dude. Even if we look past him trying to transfer to Florida, I'm not gonna forget this was the only player to ever suit up for us complaining "his body was tired" and he needed to sit. Outta here w that soft shite

Sorry but frick that dude and the horse he rode in on. He quit on us when things got tough and tried to go to our rival but is too stupid to get in so now he’s hoping to come back for lack of options. People with his character can poison a good locker room.

I'll take him back but he did try to go to florida.

Is he only coming back because it's lsu or juco?

Doesn't really matter cause o will sell his sole for a player.

He was going to give sophser's bro a scholarship just to land him.

Honestly I say let the team vote since most of them came back. There is enough leadership from seniors and juniors now that if they know he is a distraction then simply say NO and lets move on without him.

Let him enroll in school if he can qualify as a regular student and pay out of state tuition and then try to walk on.

There is a HUGE difference in the academic requirements for "regular" students than the NCAA requirement for athletes that LSU follows. It is really ridiculous.

Exactly.

Assuming the university would accept his re-enrollment, the only people that matter are the coaches and the team. It's pretty easy matter. Ask the TEAM if they want him back. If so, take him back. If not, move on. As much as fans like to think otherwise it is THEIR team...so they should have the input on such decisions.
