Lawsuits like this are designed to exact a shock value to the party being sued. Not that LSU BOS are laughing but their attorneys probably in the other hand.

Nope. My guess is she gets north of Pelini but less than Miles in their buyouts. The seeds of this systematic failure at LSU trace back to Cusimano and the good ol baws wrecking Emmert’s desire to get Mitch Barnhart in as AD. Emmert bailed once Blanco won election, good ol baws got Skip. Skip got Les. Les got Bahnsen back in compliance and the legacy of sexual abuse and incompetence reigned.
How LSU wins the way it wins with this crap leadership is utterly amazing!

she saw the HB report and it basically lumped her in with the evildoers
