You could counter with why you think the defense was effective in that exchange instead of trying to insult me.
Why repeat what others have already posted in here multiple times? I insulted you because even after people have made multiple posts about what Nelson was doing, and why, you still called it a "disaster".
This tells me you don't understand what you're watching. Or reading on here for that matter.

Seems to me you are just a mindless biased cheerleader for the defense
No, I simply understand that in this country, you are innocent until proven guilty. It's not up to Nelson to prove Chauvin isn't guilty.

Good grief, some of you people can be so damn dramatic.

quote:Id also like to hear more on this as well. He was clearly unconscious for some minutes before EMP’s arrived. If DC suffocated GF to the point of death (killing him), wouldnt he be dead when he got in the ambulance? Im no medical anything so Im on the ignorant side, but Im curious why that isnt being talked about more. If it has been, plz share for me.
Pretty sure he was in a comatose state right before medical arrived. He was dead, but still alive iirc

Dr now saying he would not expect any bruising or marks. Related to no bruising or marks after sitting on his butt for an hour at church.
That doesn't make sense. Your butt is used to being sat on for long periods of time, your neck isn't.
Did the defense ever ask the Dr. why GF couldn't breathe while in the patrol car?

Toxicologist on the stand. This should be good.

Witness works in Montgomery County, PA.

That's my county. Plenty of north philly meth heads to deal with.

He works for NMS, who did GF’s tox testing.

Solid expansion to my post. Hopefully it gets discussed. TOD wasn't until hospital.

has more to do with a direct, quick action to the area that causes the bruising, like being punched vs applied pressure over an area for prolonged period of time.

No. The focus was not on what GF was saying, but more of the "science" behind what was happening to his body

Did I miss the cross with the expert pathologists?

I see you are not capable of making your own opinions and conclusions and just follow the board hivemind. My apologies for asking for your viewpoint

I still find it interesting he said he was on nothing, if he admitted, EMS would have been called before the struggle. Floyd said no.

BUT was he breathing at all or showing ANY signs of life when he entered the ambulance. Youd think TOD would be shortly after he got in ambulance. I have so many questions
