- Defensive coaching is non existent.
- Piss Poor Shot Selection by players with no recourse.

Wade needs to hire a bench coach that knows what he’s doing because he obviously needs help.

Agreed but you can't place the blame entirely on him. This is a frustratingly lazy and lackadaisical team.

His flaws as a coach will lead to a history of teams that will underachieve massively.
He just does nothing to try and get his staff or team better in those areas. He’s a played coach and that is literally his only strength.

I agree. I love basketball, but I cannot stand this so-called “team.” They play a completely unlikeable brand of basketball. Poor defense, selfish players on offense. And that’s all on coaching. Time to blow this program up.

I’ve been the biggest wade supporter there is , been around him and met him multiple times . I’m done , he needs to admit his obvious faults as a coach and stop feeding us this BS every year that he’s gonna fix it . Hire a darn guy that knows the game and let Tom coach the fundamentals . Wade didn’t play high school basketball , he has no feel for the game

This is a Jones-esque collapse. He is going to MASSIVELY underachieve with his “most talented team.” A team that inexplicably quit at the end of the season despite having a decent record and likely NCAAT spot. A team that quit on HIM. All while he just stands there quietly emasculated

Honestly if we are playing the bag man /AAU game then we should have much better results with as much heat as he has brought. It’s one thing if it’s smoke around Cal / Pitino etc it’s a whole different thing for a coach who’s best players regress underachieve and dog it 50% of the time.
He’s got to make a deep run or I think you cut bait. This is a very talented well put together team. To totally give up for the last two weeks of the season. Clown coaching.
