It means they pick a day where all but the most absolutely critical activities cease, and you all gather in a room for some bullshite training. In this case, I fully expect a lot of "turn in your fellow soldier", Hitler brownshirt stuff.

What a colossal waste of time and resources.
It’s like the “grievance audit” that just hit my sons unit. This SJW officer chick asked every soldier if they had any complaints at all. To a man the response was “we don’t bitch about family to strangers” she was apparently troubled she couldn’t get them to “share”. She went into the team room and saw a weapons supplier poster/calendar that had a less than modestly dressed female the auditor just about fainted.
The left is doing their best to destroy our country and military even the SF community.
