Saban on the board of directors (only white guy) of Mike Locksley's National Coalition of Minority Football Coaches whose stated goal is the upward ascension of minority coaches. 2020 there was only 7 black coordinators in all of college football. What does Saban do? He hired an old fired white guy. Kudoes to Missouri and LSU for stepping up to the plate.

Saban is trying to win, he hires people who helps him do that.

Its called good business. Skin color does not have anything to do with doing good business.

So Saban hires the best man for the job? No wonder he’s so successful.

What’s up with liberals these days being more worried about the the color of your skin than the content of a person’s character?

Florida State decided to make a race first in Coach Willie Taggart instead of the best man...

That really worked out well....

On the flip side, he called everyone who is anyone in West Virginia (up to and including the state governor) to make sure his RB Coach from this past season (who is black) was named the head coach of Marshall.

I've got an idea....how about hire the most qualified for the job, regardless of color.

To hell with you and your racial injustice fishing expedition.

Well honestly our first choice looked a little mixed, and our 2nd choice was a white boy but the evil Saints wouldn't let us have him.

It's sad when MLK's dream of race neutrality isn't acceptable.

Now it has to be 'anti-racist' which is actually racism against whites.

Can you give an honest answer on why we can't just hire the best person for any given job? Why must there be a rule put in place to hire the less qualified candidate just because of their skin color? It is the very definition of racism.

Hiring on the basis of skin color is racist and illegal.

That's what I've been taught,... my entire life.

Well, mediocrity year in and year out is acceptable at both of those places... They can afford to do the social experiments...

In a perfect world, no one would be DENIED employment because of race or ethnicity, and no one would be GIVEN employment because of race or ethnicity.
