Has there been anyone since Barry Sanders with such change of direction and speed

that Tyreek Hill possesses?
I don’t generally like initiating hyperbole, but I really don’t think I’ve seen anyone with so many moves, shifts, and change of direction.
To be clear, I’m not claiming Hill to be better than Sanders because the game has changed, but I think they are really similar and what Hill does on the field looks JUST like Sanders with the ball.

Lamar Jackson does. He doesn't lose any speed when he makes his cuts and moves.

There were some games a few seasons ago where Hill would look like he’d jump a few frames on the TV like the Matrix or something. He’s absolutely amazing.

Hill is the fastest player I've ever seen in pads. Devin Hester could change direction remarkably well
