Most of Europe has laws forbidding denial of Holocaust history or questioning even parts of it.

Should the United States pass legislation of the same.

There’s an ocean between us and Europe to keep their problems over there

It's an understandable goal, but I'm afraid we can't just force people to shut up about the Holocaust using heavy-handed legislation.

History is already being re-written in this country.

Sadly, the Holocaust will eventually fall victim

No, that is what “freedom of speech” means. Our great Constitution protects that. Obviously the Holocaust was real though.

Any rational person would be more apt to wonder if it really happened as we’ve been told should government pass legislation to ban denying it.

Brussels is now 25% Muslim (No I am not kidding)

I wonder how long those laws will last in Belgium

I like to be able to spot the dumbasses, so I say let 'em spout whatever nonsense they want until they start organizing violence

Do you even comprehend how absurd a suggestion something like that is, especially when it is regarding the Holocaust?

It is more dangerous to censor people. Let them speak. It tells you what you need to know about them.

That is a perfect example of the type or speech that MUST be protected.

A) it is highly unpopular (popular speech doesn't typically need protecting);
B) it is backward looking, so not akin to yelling fire in a crowded theater or planning an Antifa terrorist riot;
C) while it may be sick, it doesn't specifically "appeal to the prurient interest," to the extent that still matters;
D) it doesn't defame anyone in particular;
E) no intellectual property is involved;
F) it isn't specifically intended to defraud anyone (could be used to, but then so can literally any statement).

This is why America for now is still the best major nation in the world. For now.
