My two dogs have ate an entire god dang hole in my grass, which I’ve been having separate issues with all year.

It’s not digging. Their eating this crappy contractors grass I threw back there last year. Half of it looks like dang ground vines.

I feed these dogs well. They’re fed twice a day. Still eating grass. It pisses me off because one already throws up bile like twice a month in my house due to this I think.

Anybody else have had this problem?

My dog does it when he’s not feeling well.

I’ve always heard it’s because they’re having stomach problems. I’m not a veterinarian and I haven’t stayed in a Holiday Inn in a while thanks to Covid

I'll explain the grass eating, if you'll explain the dog shite eating.

Sometimes dogs eat grass to add fiber. Not sure why they would keep doing it.

They do it when their bellies ache or something isn't sitting right in there.

usually they do it to make themselves throw up, and get the shite out of their belly.

Might be the food

For some reason, grass will make them throw up, or help the shite turning their bellys inside out.

I have no veterinary experience but was always told while growing up that dogs will do this to help with gastrointestinal problems.

Stop feeding your dogs human food and they will stop eating grass. Easy peasy.

I know it's hard. They have those damn begging eyes. Just don't. Your dogs will live longer healthier lives for it.

They're dogs. They eat grass because they like it. Same reason they eat chicken shite and roll in sewage and dead things.

After they eat grass, don't let them inside until they've thrown up. They usually throw up within 5-10 mins of eating the grass. They eat grass when their stomach is upset and want to barf. The grass helps them throw up.

New puppy didn't want to do anything but eat grass and leaves in his first visit to the backyard. They just like chewing on things and grass is soft.

Sounds to me like your pups want to get into coaching.

switch dog foods - it isn't the grass. they probably have allergies.
