And a shite-ton of honorable mention... I'd eat any of these dishes. Even the filet-o-fish.

I feel bad for some delicious dishes that I didn’t vote for. Great job, F&DB!

Geez. Good work, all. I have 6 versions of my top-10, but since you’re forcing me to pick 3, here’s the 3 I’d stuff in my face first if they were all on a glorious fish buffet:
1. RonFNSwanson
2. Holygrale
3. Fratastic423

Only because nobody fried some bream/bass/sacalait and slapped it on a piece of bread.

Great concept. As an amateur wannabe home chef that loves creativity, this thread is awesome.

As always, was very difficult. There's not a single one posted I wouldn't order in a restaurant -- except maybe NOLAGT's fingertip cracklin

I would absolutely destroy Jax's fish cakes or Boo's salmon sandwich or Booga's pompano (and only use that bread for scooping -- no fork).. but really all of them.

Great job by everyone. I would pay for every submission in a restaurant except for Janky's.

Honestly everything was very close here and something I would want to eat. These competitions are the best and add a lot of substance to the board.

1) Got Blaze - decadent
2) Holygrale - creative, homemade pasta and black garlic
3) Fratastic423 chose over LT a coin flip. Was in a spicy fish mood.

Bigdropper's looks great, but the it the main ingredients didn't speak to me.

Lambda tiger's was just outside the top 3.

I really need to fix some fish chowder, 'cuz it's 35 degrees outside.

I'd eat any of those dishes, though... As per usual, too many dishes and not enough votes.

I'd eat every dish except maybe not NOLAGT's just because I can't seem to unsee all the blood and finger part.

1. Lambdatiger
2. Got Blaze
3. Drunken Crawfish

Agreed. This seems to be really taking off more than our chopped challenge did years ago. Maybe because it is just one main ingredient vs. creating something from 4 random ones. I dig it!

Didn't participate but would like to vote. So just list my top 3 like every one else is doing?

Side note - is anything more deceiving than a guy named Big Dropper with a giant gravity smoker as his avi who turns in amazing culinary works of art?

I just KNEW that guy was a straight redneck . Instead, it's MJ.
