i mean specifically when the kid runs out (couldn't find a gif of it)
That part always got to me too. Just like the "Poppa, I'll say anything just don't go.." part in The Patriot. That movie had no reason to do that to me.

Children of Men.
Specifically the scene where Theo follows Luke into the refugee camp being attacked by the military to rescue Kee and her baby. The reaction of the soldiers to hearing a baby’s cry in 20 years and allowing the trio to safely get out of the building get me every time. And then as soon as they get out of harms way the military goes back to bombing the camp

The end of the final act of Band of Brothers, when they speak with the actual men of Easy Company gets me every time. Every damn time.

Titanic, when the dead momma and infant float by after the boat sinks.
I had one kleenex in my purse when I saw the film in a theater and wound up ruining the sleeve of my sweater.

White people and their dogs.
Don't cry when a human is lost, but involve a dog and white tears errywhere!

Watched “Hachi: A Dog’s Tale” and spent the next three hours ugly crying, like red-eyed, convulsing, snot-nose plugged up, crying.
Yeah, I’m a glutton for punishment, aka stupid. Wife(no pics) talked me into it a few weeks ago & I’m out on ALL dog movies FOREVER. My 11 y.o. walked out of the room & was like you’ll be sorry. I’m an idiot & frick that bitch for putting me through that.

Mr. Holland’s Opus when his former students play it at the end.

How about in the Pacific, when Eugene breaks down and uncontrollably sobs while hunting with his dad. After all the death and destruction he witnessed, he couldn’t bring himself to kill any more. That’s such a hard scene to watch.

You do realize Joe Montana came out and basically said Rudy was completely false and total bullshite, right?
I don’t think Field of Dreams was real either. But I haven’t spoken to Shoeless Joe yet to confirm.

Becoming a dad turns you into a gigantic pussy
Absolutely, unequivocally this.
I tear up at the most random shite these days. And I haven't even ventured into a movie like About Time since my son was born a little over a year ago. I want to watch it with this new perspective, but am also scared of how ugly it will get.

To the OP, League of our Own gets me everytime. Last movie I saw with both mt Dad and Gramps. Some of it is due to that plus this came out right after I graduated knowing I wasn't ever playing organized sports again.
