SPOILER WARNING

Disappointed that a Jedi didn't show up given that they made it to Tython so quickly, but not surprised.
They did however give us freaking BOBA FETT in full armor! I'm glad they made him and Jango Mandalorians again. Made no sense to just change that up.

Boba now on board, gonna get Bill Burr’s character back, what other people will join?

We knew it was coming since the tracker was put on board.

Wish we saw the dark troopers in actual action to see what they’re up against.

And so, with Groga signaling, could a Jedi only sense him at that location or is a Jedi able to sense Groga better wherever he may be?

I had a feeling Ming-Na Wen would return... when you have someone like that begging to be on a show you find a spot for her. Plus I would be surprised if Fav and Filoni haven't seen every episode of Agents of Shield.

If you have Robert Rodriquez on tap to direct one episode... this is the episode you give him. The man has an eye for action scenes.

They have a murderer's row of characters lined up right now with Bill Burr's gunslinger returning. There are 5 or so people that could carry a series on their own. Just an amazing collection of talent.

Finally... alas poor Razor Crest, we knew you well. I should have been worried after they released all of those "making of the Razor Crest" videos.

Another great episode from what has been a great season so far. Can you imagine what this team could do with the time and budget for a Star Wars trilogy?

I’m betting we don’t find out who the Jedi is until the end of the season. That will likely be their cliffhanger.

I didn’t understand the whole “The empire is back” thing. Mando has been fighting storm troopers and imperial ships throughout the entire show already, not to mention they just spent the last 20 minutes battling storm troopers but no, not until Bobba see’s a star destroyer with his own 2 eyes do they declare that the empire back. Makes no sense.

Baby Grogu was sitting on that rock for a while and was clearly communicating with someone.

I'm guessing they'll show up in the finale to help bring him back.

All I could think about with the Dark Troopers was Iron Man

And maybe I missed it, but I thought Timothy Olyphant’s character had Boba Fetts armor?

Enjoyable episode, though the short run times are getting more irritating, especially given the shorter season.

I figured that someone would capture the kid again. I'm sure it will be fairly regular, and I suspect that he might become evil at some point, even if only for a while. The tiny little shackles were a bit much, though.

I liked the ship, so I'm sorry to see it go, but he can likely buy another one with the spear he salvaged. I think the boss lady on the last planet said almost exactly that, in fact.

They've introduced a lot this season, so the finale isn't likely to solve much of anything. I expect for them to get the kid back and reveal new characters, like a new villain and possibly a jedi. Hopefully, it will be a longer episode that the previous ones.

I still think Cara might be the "source" Gideon mentions, and that could tie into my theory that she is killed in the finale. That would certainly explain why Carano dgaf about saying based shite on twitter. Someone has to be the source, and there are few choices.

The best thing that episode did was make Boba a real Mandalorian and a badass again.

Grogu is going to turn evil at some point.

Damn that was outside of Grogu getting captured.

Got to see Melinda May go ham.

Boba go ham.

The MFing Slave 1, second only to the Falcon imo. Man I love this show.

I think that if anyone else had brought Boba back, fans would be in an uproar about it being done wrong (or the creators not being worthy of the attempt).

Favreau and Feloni built their cred fast enough to not only get away with it, but to get praise.

The razorcrest will probably be fixed up by next episode considering how often and quickly it gets repaired

Few things from the episode. Another great show. Mandalorian is like pizza and sex, even when it is not great, it is still pretty good, but I think even the so-so episodes are few and far between here.
I think there has to be more going on with Boba. Why did he not make a deal with Cobb to get the armour before? He had to have known he had it. Maybe he wanted to deal with Din for other reasons. When he saw the Destroyer and said "they're back", it sounded like somewhat surprise, but also a little anger. Is Boba mad about being left to die in the desert back in that pit in Return of Jedi? He made a point to mention being left for dead. Who knows, but I am sure we will get more as we move on.

I may be slow on Star Wars, but I think I finally figured out something on Yoda. I always wondered why he kind of gave up on the fight with Sidious in Revenge of Sith. Seems he could have handled him. Now, it makes sense. I know in Empire, Yoda seemed worn out after lifting that Xwing out of the swamp, but he was very old and nearing death. Seeing Grogu being tired after using the Force, it makes sense that this just has something to do with that species. Maybe?

And Grogu going ham on those troopers may have been one of my very favorite parts of the series so far.

I also loved at the beginning when Mando kept saying "Grogu" and started chuckling every time Grogu looked up at him. So wholesome.

Another fun episode. Love bad arse Boba Fett. But as mentioned, the whole drop your jet pack thing made no sense on any level, so just a weak plot device. Another wise, great.
