True. I think the whole idea that providing some level of safety for h users is somehow enabling them is misguided. They will get that in their system no matter what. They’re sick and need help, providing them a minimal level of care isn’t enabling but rather saving them until they can hopefully get off it. Otherwise you just get h users that have aids now.
