Chase
Smith
Bateman
Olave
Marshall
Waddle
I don’t see anything but a half arse slot/KR out of Waddle in the NFL. Those guys are a dime a dozen. He will be drafted for his 40 time and be considered a “deep threat.”

Waddle is the most athletically explosive WR to play at Bama under Saban.
Keep in mind that list includes guys like Julio, Cooper, Ruggs, Ridley, Jeudy, Smith, etc
Only guy who was that close was Ruggs IMO.

Would you take Waddle before all those guys?
You can be athletic all you want, athleticism isn’t the only thing that translates to the NFL.

Yea, that tyreek hill guy will never amount to anything.

Rondale Moore should probably be listed as well. Not sure where he falls in.

It’s honestly a harder list to rank than you’d think. This WR class is very talented.

Then you also have Justyn Ross, who had the neck and spinal injury. Wonder if he’s gonna return to school?

Chase
Smith
Waddle
Marshall
My bias has Chase #1 but in reality it's Chase/Smith 1a/1b. I love Marshall's measurements but Waddle is just so damn explosive that I have to give him the edge. Percy Harvin was electric in the league so if Jalen is used right I think he can do the same thing.
I'm not sure about Bateman/Olave since I don't watch them enough to rank them among the 4 above.

I forgot about Ross. My first thought is that he goes back for another year. If he was healthy this year this class would be unbelievably stacked.

Smitty
Chase
Waddle
Marshall
Elijah Moore
I think Smitty goes before Chase just because I expect him to run a surprisingly fast 40. Everyone talks about Waddle and Ruggs, but Smitty has a ton of explosive plays too and never gets run down.
And oh by the way, he’s going to own every Bama receiving record when he’s done as well as the SEC WR TD record.

Waddle would be perfect with the Chiefs or Cardinals
Chase will be another Michael Thomas for whoever gets him
Hopefully he goes to a decent team
Marshall is going to be really good too, especially in the red zone

The way he makes guys miss in the open field is not a dime a dozen player. Dude is unreal with the ball in his hands.

Anyone that denies this is either letting bias get in the way or simply hasn't watched him enough. He's electric and one of those players that the offense just needs to find ways to get him the ball.
