At the time the Constitution was ratified, women couldn't vote, much less be judges.

Is she suggesting these are issues that should have been decided by judicial fiat?

Serious question for God: Why do people like Hillary and Pelosi live such long, prosperous lives while millions suffer?

The originalists knew there would be people like Hillary in the world.

So when she swore to uphold and defend the Constitution, she didn't mean it?

So Hillary Clinton is now opposed to having female judges? I thought she was some sort of feminist superhero.

So is Hillary saying ACB is trying to get confirmed to a court where she will support not allowing women, such as herself (ACB), to serve?

And Clinton was a lawyer?

The point isn't the application of the Constitution, but the principles listed therein. ACB talked about this yesterday in that the Constitution is specific enough to limit government overreach over our freedoms while being broad enough to allow for its application to change over time (ink pens and parchment to digital social media, for instance).
