It isn't.

The left has contorted themselves into a word pretzel, most of the LGBT people don't even have a clue about the proper verbiage anymore because it differs from group to group.

It's all a bunch of bullshite.

Kind of like how most people say left handed people are gay? Once again this is false and proves the unnecessary reliance on “theories”, which are often weaponized to proven as absolute. Small brain shite.

Even if you're born hard-wired for something, it's still accurate to say that you have a preference for it.

That was a bait, and ACB didn't even flinch. She has not given them one bit millimeter of ammunition. She has a lot of resolve. I'm impressed.

They were trying to get her to go on the defensive all through this like they did Kavanaugh and she hasn't provided a shred of anything for them to sink their teeth into.

Shouldn't the term be offensive for both heteros and homos? Afterall, whether it's choice or not, we all prefer the gender we prefer. . . Sounds like an insecurity in the gender you want to put it in. . . or have put in you. . .

Because they believe it’s not a preference but how they are naturally wired.

Those terms are not mutually exclusive. Zach is "naturally wired" to be a hetero. That is why he has a 'preference' for females. It's simple logic.

I get offended when violent protestors are called "mostly peaceful"

when we see evidence the protestors choose to destroy property, to make our lives inconvenient to prove some point they are making about social justice...also retarded...

they want society to change, rather than suggest individuals must face their challenges in their life, make common sense changes to avoid hardships.

Breanna Taylor had a particular boyfriend preference...

Leftist probably would find that offensive also

but patterns in her life are choices... not norms, and it cost her her life in the end...that's the lesson for all of us

Sexual preference is offensive...it’s not a choice!

I’m anatomically a male, but I’m a female and you need to accept and respect it.

Then explain pedophiles and how it’s not a choice? Answer can’t be it’s a sickness or disease!

I think it all started when they tried to convince everyone that sucking a trans dick isn't gay.

Can y'all imagine Ruth Bader Ginsburg using such an offensive term?

That certainly would never happen

Couldn't one say that being a racist isn't a choice too?

Wouldn’t that imply that it’s a choice, and that queer people are incapable of making choices?

I cannot understand why the queers get bent up on this. If they're queer, they must believe that sucking dick is awesome. As such, they prefer sucking dick over eating pussy. How is this *not* a preference?

Yesterday, apparently.
At least according to Miriam Webster. The definition of preference was changed on their site yesterday to call it offensive in this situation. Apparently you can check that using the Wayback Machine and see the edit.
