That's not guaranteed, though.
in that case, why don't you post nudes of all the babes you started or posted in babe threads thru the years? nothing to lose, right.
prayers to you though.

Says it could be due to a virus I've had at some point that ended up attacking my hear
Happened to me in my mid 30s. Coxsackievirus (a for real virus) almost took me out. Had me having a heart attack thanks to Myopericarditis.
So, there I found myself writing out a will with a lawyer and my grandmother shortly after.
Its like crossing a new river for the first time on foot, your physicality will be tested and you will battle the fear of a murky unknown..but with persistence and focus it'll just become a story on how you kicked dangers arse one time

my neighbor had a similar situation but his ejection fraction was lower than yours and he is doing well now. I hope that helps he had to have a few ablations but otherwise he is doing great and You will also.

Just curious. What made you go in for the abnormal ekg. Was it a normal check up or were you feeling bad? Any family history of heart trouble?
I got declined for a life insurance policy due to an abnormal EKG. I already knew I had occasional PVCs from years ago so I figured that's all it was. I was told they would reconsider if I had a stress test and it came back normal so I went to the doctor to do the stress test and then the mac truck hit me.

Hang in there.
A friend of ours was diagnosed with same thing 30 years ago and is still kicking. Prayers for peace during this time.

How old was he at the time of diagnosis? What kind of treatment has he had?

OP my dad had a massive heart attack at 42, was defibrillated twice. He’s nearly 70 now and still doing great. You got this

I’m a few years younger than you and have bouts of PVCs and SVT. Doc also said could have been a virus. I know it was a shock, but you have plenty of options and will recover.

He was late 20’s/ early 30’s when diagnosed. I don’t know exact meds he was given/has been on but think Digoxin was one. He goes to the Cardiology group by OLOL in Baton Rouge.

Some of your symptoms sound like what my dad has/had. Periocarditis. He's 74 but in really good shape. Never had a single health issue. Then a couple years ago, he was having chest pains. He leans over in his recliner because his chest is hurting then lays back in a full on sweat and passes out. Mom called the ambulance. Took them 3-4 days to figure out what it was. Said his heart was fine, but the fluid sac around the heart wasn't draining. He had 2 or 3 episodes before the doctors finally did surgery and cut a cardiac window in the pericardial sac. Started taking inflammation medicine and antibiotics. He's good now, but his heart doctor told him he can't have pneumonia under any circumstances, so they've been self quarantining since March.

Praying for you, and your family. The stress level on all of you will be immense, until things get more under control. Savor every moment with the kids. Really puts the meaning of life in perspective. We have a family friend that just lost her husband, with 3 young kids in the United States, while he lived in Mexico.

If you've never sat at your computer and created a document for your wife that entails all of your life insurance information such as policy numbers, company, and coverage amount, along with your wishes for what she is to do with the money
This needs to be no matter your age or your health
Once your kids are of age they need to be informed as well
