I’ve never felt more shitty after a loss then that day right there. Pretty much sums up ole Leslie’s coaching ability.

Here's a short video I put together of Miles explaining the last few seconds of that game:

I was there and let me just say, my section had a lot to say about Miles the whole game. Thank God for that long run by Jefferson or we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to lose and win.

I remember taking off my LSU shirt, throwing it across the room and yelling about how much I hate Crowton. Then after we win, I put it back on and yelled at the tv “we’re too strong for you, Tennessee!”

Obviously 1/9/12 takes the cake but I don’t think was ever as mad at a game as I was during this one.

When we tried to mass sub I lost my fricking mind

Les was so trash

Yep. I think that sums up the feeling of most fans. In all honesty, I felt bad for the Tennessee players. Big underdogs who probably deserved to win. Fortunately/unfortunately, they got caught up in the complete disfunction that was Miles and had too many men on the field. There players went from sky high to disappointed in a matter of minutes

I think that game is the most vivid display of Miles' seemingly complete inability to think ahead. It was as if he couldn't even fathom LSU might get stopped short on the play before. Once that happened it was the first time Miles even considered what he might want to do next. They had no plan whatsoever for the next play.

Remember it like it was yesterday. I was at the jack daniels distillery after doing the ms150 ride watching a live band who interrupted their set to announce that the vols had won.

I kept refreshing my phone and it kept not saying final. ... For what seemed like 20 minutes.

Then it finally said final and lsu won and I lost my shite. Showed it to the singer on a break and said you might want to correct what you just announced and he got all butt hurt and said he wasn't going to talk about it.

God I remember being so pissed. If I remember right Lee converted a huge 3rd and 4th down that drive too and just remember losing my mind we put Jefferson back in. God dang my blood pressure is up just thinking about that game again.

I'll never forget some dumbass called into the radio show after and he was frustrated with LSU's performance and he asked, "How are we going to fire Miles if he keeps winning?"

My thought was why fire him if he keeps winning?

LSU's ineptness caused a penalty of too many men on the field. Lol

I was at that game right behind the endzone in the student section. I got drenched in liquid after the "loss", then drenched when the flag got called. Then drenched when we won. My heart went thru so many emotions.

We were likely right next to each other I think I was the only person in my area that noticed the flag.

Imagine if TBob doesn't snap it, the clock runs zero and then after the fact everyone sees there were 13 defensive players on the field.
