Trolling and jokes aside, of course they've had the information for a long time. And of course somebody broke the law by getting it to them. They've got to play it somewhat close to the vest vs. risk breaking the law or outing their sauce.

In the 1970's, the WaPo risked their existence on the Watergate story, and the scandal was something the average citizen needed to know about. There's nothing similar here. Just needless gotcha BS.

Biden is likely oblivious to the machinations and strategy of those who are running him. He’s just been fed questions . Ask Trump “ this”. The rest has been coordinated.

The only hope the Dems have is to bury Trump in the “ Trump lied to the American people” faux-outrage narrative so everything he says is dismissed. The way to achieve that ends is to coordinate ready-made narratives with the dominant media culture, specifically the NYT/CNN and other Democrat Party media organizations. We will hit a new low in media corruption tonight as they are DESPERATE and this is their big opportunity to effect the results. They are essentially coordinating a narrative that says that the President is a liar, there is no need to even listen to him, just go vote for Grandpa Joe so the lies stop and our new era of truth and rainbows and unicorns can begin.

I have never seen a more obvious coordination between the DNC and MSM in an election. It’s always been there but it is obvious they have mapped out a specific attack for each week going right up to Election Day.
