Interesting factoid: Portland is 76.1% white.
Another interesting one: It's actually a safer city than Baltimore, St. Louis, New Orleans, or Detroit. Wonder if the person who painted this sign has been to those cities. Portland actively banned African Americans until the early 20th century - maybe if there were more diversity there, this "artist" would know that violence can come from anyone.

Wife and I visited Portland last year as part of a longer vacation. Very nice city with plenty to offer. Had a great time. That said, I recall telling my wife on that trip that I have never been to a place with so many soft, pussy looking men. You could walk around that place for weeks and see no signs of testosterone. Was very weird to say the least.
