Feel bad for the "normals" in Portland. There has to be some. Just people living their lives in what used to be a cool city that many (including me) wanted to visit.

I mean you would think that white SJW in these liberal progressive states and cities would be trying to develop black communities in their areas since they are so concerned about black lives.

There is a higher percentage of people in Alabama older than 85 than there are blacks in all of Oregon
