For Republicans. In social conservative states in the south it may play well, but not really anywhere else. Get the popcorn ready.

It’s a winning issue for babies though.

I agree and I don't want it overturned. The only good to come from that would be the liberal tears. Which might be well worth it

Yeah, it’s not going to play well here in Colorado.

Democrats are so moronic that they think overturning Roe outlaws abortion nationally, when in reality abortion would still be available in over half of the states nationwide.

Everyone is talking about abortion, understandably.

But I want a conservative judge for all the other reasons, like striking down that idiot judge in the Flynn case.

The left Campaigning on roe v wade is a losing issue for dems in the voters as they need.

You think suburban soccer mom females are going to be attracted to “vote for us so you can continue to kill babies or else!”

It doesn't need an outright nationwide ban. It just needs to be handed over to the states to let them decide what to do with it.

Abortion will inevitably be a topic of conversation. I do not believe the majority of Americans understand how extreme the democrat stance on abortion is in 2020.

I also don't think Biden wants to go on record supporting post-birth abortions like many in his party support.

The extreme view on abortion is not a winner for the D party.

For those who think voters are the ultimate accountability force. Those who know better don’t believe this for a second. God will heal our nation but we must do our part. If we don’t he owes Sodom and Gahmorra an apology.

It’s not a republican or Democrat issue, it’s a Supreme Court issue.

No doubt, you are right. The party on the losing side of the abortion rights issue has a big electoral advantage. The issue has been polling that way for three or four decades.

Well, over turning Roe would let them do what they want. It wouldn't ban abortions. It would let states decide.

We are living in apocalypic times. Sides are being drawn. I know what side I want to be on and don't give a damn if it's a winning issue in this election. God wins in the end.

Tend to agree, but Republicans like having the issue as it applies to USSC. Truth is that even when you have a conservarive majority on the court they have upheld key aspects of Roe and have knocked down state restrictions...even recently.

Roe is not going anywhere unfortunately
